REFUND & RETURN POLICY – THE VEDIC BOWL

At The Vedic Bowl, our mission is to deliver fresh, safe, and authentic food products rooted in traditional Indian recipes. Since our items are food and perishable products, we follow a strict hygiene and safety policy to ensure the highest standards for our customers.

Eligibility for Returns / Replacements
1. Time Frame

You must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns / Refunds

We offer replacements or refunds only if the product received is:

  • Physically damaged
  • Incorrect product (wrong item sent compared to what was ordered)
3. Non-Returnable Items & Reasons

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used
  • Failure of delivery due to the recipient being unavailable
  • Change of mind or personal taste preferences
  • Situations beyond our control (force majeure)
  • Products that have been tampered with by the customer
How to Request a Return

To ensure a quick and smooth resolution, please follow the steps below:

  • Provide your Order ID and purchase receipt
  • Submit clear photos or videos showing:
    • The batch number and manufacturing date
    • The product and packaging clearly displaying the reported issue

Once your request is received, our team will review and verify the details. If the claim is approved, we will process either a replacement or a refund based on stock availability and your preference.

Refunds

Once your refund request is accepted by The Vedic Bowl, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

1. Prepaid Orders

The refund amount will be reversed to the original payment source and should reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD purchases will be processed via UPI only. You must share a valid UPI ID with our team to complete the refund process.
